I am a professional artist and I was a professor at FIT in New York for almost 35 years.  Although new to retail, I became an owner of Nature's Way just 5 years ago.  I'm excited to continue the store's 47 year legacy, and with the help of my exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly staff, we want to be a part of the growing community in Easton that promotes health education and supports local farmers and clean food.

I have been on staff here for 20 years.  I've been attending workshops and classes on herbal practices and living naturally for most of my life.  My favorite things to do are pottery, yoga, hiking, foraging, and connecting with nature!  Come on in and let me share my knowledge! 

I have been apart of the Nature's way team for 15 years.  I have a total of 31 years of experience in the Natural Food industry, 10 of which while running my own health food store and raising my six children in the Poconos.  I've also demonstrated various products in many of the health food stores throughout the Lehigh Valley and Lancaster area.

I've been a part of the staff at Nature's Way for 5 years, but a customer for 23.  I'm passionate about clean, simple food; sustainability in practice as well as outlook; organic native gardening and foraging; and fermentation, especially wine making.
