Sesame Oil
Barley Malt
Maple Syrup
Kelp/Combu in small, dime-sized pieces
Sesame Seeds
instructions
1.Preheat oven to 225
2. Take a 9x13 cake pan and line with parchment paper
3. Pour sesame seeds into a large mixing bowl
4. Combine wet ingredients in a medium saucepan
5. Turn on to medium heat and stir until frothy
6. Once frothy, add kelp and stir in to mixture until blended through
7. Pour liquid kelp mixture into the mixing bowl with the sesame seeds
8. Stir until all ingredients are combined well (all sesame seeds are coated with mixture)
9. Gently spoon mixture onto parchment paper. Spread evenly. Mixture should be about 1/2” thick once spread
10. Place in over for 10-20 minutes or until lightly browned
11. Allow to cool. Slice into bars if desired. Enjoy!
