A refreshing and easy herbal alternative to your summer iced tea: Linden tea infused with fresh lemons and mint, and served over ice. Yum!

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Makes: 8 cups

 

Ingredients

  • 2 L steeped and then cooled Linden tea

  • 1/2 lemon sliced

  • 2 sprigs fresh mint

  • 1 cup ice

  • sweetener optional, e.g. honey, sugar, stevia

Directions

  1. Poor cooled tea over ice.

  2. Add lemon slices, mint leaves and any sweetener (if desired).
