Based on a traditional Greek appetizer, this unique blend of cow, sheep and goat's milk is firm and briny when cold, but it turns into something truly special when it's heated. The cheese softens but doesn't melt entirely, staying firm enough to hold its shape over an open flame. Brown each side for 2 minutes for crispy, cheesy goodness, straight off the grill. Your salads, antipasti plates and friends will thank you.
Ingredients: Pasteurized organic cow’s milk ( 70% Min), Organic sheep’s milk (15% Max) and organic goat’s milk (15% Max), Natural sea salt, Vegetarian rennet, Lactic acid culture.
